My proposal:
My project is about how the night comes to life. I want my project to express this through a starry night sky with a full moon. But, instead of the stars, it will be fireflies twinkling and drifting along as audio plays in the background. After a duration, the fireflies will fly off the screen and the music also begins to fade out, coming to a complete stop. The moon begins to fade away and everything goes dark. Then, a firefly glows, appearing closer than the ones before. Its light goes out, everything returning to the darkness. Then the fireflies' light comes back on again, this time an owl is behind. After a few seconds, the light goes out and a crunch is heard, ending the video. The sources I plan to use for this project include an image of a full moon, a firefly, and piano music. The flickering lights in the sky and the moon phase changes are made by me. The meaning behind this project is that I want to create this sense of awe while watching the glowing lights against a dark sky, only for the end to be a sudden reminder of what lurks at night.
